Royal Phoenix Development Company (RPDC) announced its plans to develop Phoenix Hotel at Patterson Landing in Memphis, TN. The hotel will be located within walking distance of the FedExForum, home of the NBA Memphis Grizzlies and The University of Memphis Tigers basketball team. The site is also one block from the number one Tennessee tourist attraction - Beale Street.
