Royal Phoenix Development is currently in the planning stages for its latest project, Phoenix Hotel at Patterson Landing - Memphis. The Phoenix Hotel at Patterson Landing will be a three hundred room full service luxury hotel, which will include a six hundred space parking garage, restaurant and beautiful green space. This hotel is scheduled to open in spring of 2012.
